Our comprehensive 3-step process keeps you informed and assured from selecting your floor plan and home site to the construction phases, and all the way to orientation and move-in day.
1. Pre-Construction

- Obtain Mortgage Pre-Approval with Lender
- Initiate Contract with Sales Representative
- Custom Option Process
- Review and Sign Off Structural Options & Plot Plan
- Engineering and Permit Application
- Review and Sign Off Structural Options & Plot Plan
- Design Selections Appointment
2. Construction
- Construction Begins
- Excavation, Foundation, & Utilities
- Framing
- Mechanicals
- Insulation
- Check-In with Lender
- Sheetrock, Tape, & Texture
- Cabinets & Trim Installed
- Painting
- Hard Surfaces Installed
- Mechanical Finish
- Final Cleaning
3. Post-Construction
- Home Introduction: Become familiar with your new residence.
- Final Adjustments and Readiness: Make sure everything is ready.
- Finalize Closing Paperwork: Complete all necessary documentation.
- Complete Legal Formalities, Obtain Keys, and Settle In: Begin enjoying your new home!
